Every January, Davos becomes one of the most tightly secured small towns in the world. Sterk VIP moves delegations, CEOs and teams reliably through checkpoints, snow and a packed schedule.
The World Economic Forum takes place in Davos from 18 to 22 January 2027. During that week the route from Zurich to Davos is the busiest mountain connection in Switzerland: access along the Landquart–Klosters corridor is controlled, parking in Davos is severely limited, and schedules shift with weather and security checks.
We have driven this route every January for years. Our vehicles are equipped for winter conditions, the chauffeurs know the access roads and waiting points, and we plan pickup times with a margin rather than to the minute. On request we stop at Registration before continuing to your hotel.
For the duration of the forum we also offer a standby service in Davos: a vehicle and chauffeur stay assigned to you on site instead of you arranging each ride anew. The fixed fares to Davos and Klosters cover the WEF week including the arrival and departure days; outside that we charge by the kilometres driven.
We know the access roads, accreditation zones and closure windows around the congress centre — and plan every trip around them.
