With hourly hire, the vehicle and chauffeur stay reserved for you. The clock runs from pick-up to the final drop-off; in between, the chauffeur waits outside every address and your luggage and documents stay in the car. Online you book with pick-up in Zurich city or at Zurich Airport; for other places, whole days and several days we prepare an individual offer.
We charge at least the booked duration — the vehicle is yours for that time. If a meeting runs over, we charge half the hourly rate for each 30 minutes started.
Zurich in the morning, Zug over lunch, Basel in the afternoon: we plan the route with time for traffic and parking, keep an eye on the schedule and tell you before things get tight. On request the same chauffeur drives you every day — nothing needs explaining twice. Geneva, Bern or destinations abroad can be included too.
Your guests are met in the arrivals hall at Zurich Airport with a name sign; we track the flight, and waiting time only starts at landing. You and your guest receive the chauffeur's name and number in advance.
Companies pay by invoice, with a monthly invoice for regular trips. You have one point of contact, reachable around the clock by phone, WhatsApp or email — at short notice too. For recurring work we agree individual terms.
No company logos on the vehicles, no talk about passengers, no photos. Wi-Fi and charging cables are on board and the rear cabin is quiet — calls and conversations stay in the car. Chauffeurs wear suits and speak German and English, Turkish on request.
