Messe Basel is on Messeplatz in Kleinbasel, and the large pharma campuses line the Rhine. We drive to the reception your host specifies and wait in the visitor car park on request. We reach the Les Trois Rois hotel on the Rhine directly from the Blumenrain side.
Basel Carnival begins at four in the morning on the Monday after Ash Wednesday with the Morgestraich and lasts three days. In June the art world arrives for Art Basel, in October the Swiss Indoors tennis is played, and from late October into November the Herbstmesse fair runs. Book early in these weeks.
