Your chauffeur meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign, tracks your flight and takes you to your destination at a fixed price — in Zurich, across Switzerland and beyond. Our vehicles are based in Kloten, two minutes from the terminal.
As soon as you have booked, we track your flight live. If it lands early or late, your chauffeur adjusts the pickup — you don't need to tell us anything. The 45 minutes of waiting time included in the price only start with the actual landing, which is usually plenty for baggage and customs.
After baggage claim and customs you enter the arrivals hall. Your chauffeur is waiting there with a sign bearing your name, takes your luggage and walks you to the vehicle. You receive your chauffeur's name and phone number before the trip.
The price is fixed before you book: per vehicle, not per person, including the chauffeur, waiting time, airport parking fees, water and help with your luggage. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the trip.

A delay costs you nothing: the 45 minutes of waiting time count from the actual landing. Only after that do we charge half the vehicle's minimum fare per started 30 minutes.
